• Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.

• Any additional charges such as COD fees will be clearly mentioned before placing the order.


Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email.

• Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.


Delivery Issues

• If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery delays or return-to-origin charges may apply.

Damaged Packages

• If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the package and product.


Non-Delivery / Returned Orders
